Description
The word, Chakra, means "wheel" in Sanskrit. The name refers to energy centers that run along the main central energy line that goes up and down your spine. Chakras are like little motors that give energy to different aspects of your being -physical, mental-emotional and spiritual. Imbalance in any or all of the energy centers can affect your physical well-being, your emotional and mental attitudes and your relationships.
First, using a pendulum, we check to see how each chakra is spinning -whether it's clockwise, counter-clockwise, still, moving in a single line, or erratic. Second, we place the cleansed and blessed crystals from your set along the chakras and we meditate on each one, letting the energies balance through intent and the healing properties of the crystal. Finally, we check each chakra to make sure that the chakras are balanced. If not, we do further healing work to ensure that upon leaving for the evening, your chakras are balanced and harmonized.
The price of the class includes a set of crystals.
No experience necessary.

- Your own pendulum or crystal set if you prefer

- A willingness to know yourself as an energetic being having a human, physical experience
